The Add New Items feature allows you to add new gratitude items to be reminded of throughout the day. Be specific. Take time to truly savor and deeply connect with each item as you write it. Experience the positive emotions and feelings your gratefulness brings. Here are some suggestions you might consider:
1. Finding gratitude in previous obstacles you overcame
2. Finding gratitude in someone or something you may be taking for granted.
3. Finding gratitude and opportunity in current obstacles.

Reminder Setup

The Reminder Setup will prompt you to remember your many blessings throughout the day. Let’s face it, unfortunately, we loose sight of what is truly important, that is, the things we have to be grateful for. The Reminder Setup allows you to custom schedule up to three reminders throughout the day. Perhaps you would like to be reminded in the morning before you get out of bed, prior to checking your work emails, after an office meeting, during a lunch break, or anytime that works for you. We want to make it as simple as possible to meet your needs.
